Nearby and less than 10 meters from the Martigues Aviron Club, less than 100 meters from La Péniche Martégale and its multiple water and Zen activities, less than 200 meters from the Marina of Martigues Jonquière, and the restaurant bar of the nautical club.



Ideal for 4 people. You will have at your disposal 2 bedrooms, a furnished terrace. Its living room offers a perfect setting to relax, with the added bonus of a sofa and a relaxing armchair with a range of electric massage programs for your greatest relaxation. After a day exploring the area, sit in to read a good book or take advantage of the amenities at your disposal, such as a color TV with 108 mm plasma screen, high-speed Wi-Fi, a radio, a CD/DVD player, and a Hi-Fi system.

You can prepare delicious recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, then enjoy them around the dining table for 4 guests or outside, on your terrace enjoying the view of the pond. The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed equipped with a flat-screen color TV, and one with a sofa bed with a panoramic desk. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a hydromassage and thermostatic shower. A separate toilet is available. The house has air conditioning, washing machine, fan, ironing facilities, cleaning products, vacuum cleaner and central heating.



Please note that towels and bed linen are included in the price. At the end of the stay, the cleaning must be done by the tenant or can be arranged for the sum of 40 euros to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1.32 euros per person per night will be charged upon arrival. Guests can park on site in a private parking space. Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.

It should be noted that access to the accommodation is via a staircase of 15 steps.

Booking conditions:



1- The minimum booking period is one week from Saturday 2 pm to the following Saturday 12 noon.



2- A deposit of 500 € will be required upon arrival in our Pavilion. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after an inventory.



3- We do not foresee any additional costs for cleaning at the end of the stay, but we still point out that if the Pavilion was not returned in the state in which you found it, we will charge an additional fee on the basis of an hourly rate of 30 € TTC
