Apartamento muy bonito y acogedor en primerísima linea de mar, todas las estancias tienen vista a la playa.El salón permite disfrutar de los cambios de colores y de luz del agua del mar y de la playa. Además, tiene una suite y un baño, una habitación doble con litera, un aseo, una amplia cocina rústica (con lavavajillas!) y una terraza de madera, que permite disfrutar de la brisa marina y del sol viendo la playa.El tren pasa por delante, pero hace poco ruido y roba menos de 1 minuto de paisaje cada media hora.El suelo es de parquet en todas las estancias.Se encuentra a 5-10 minutos de la estación de Canet de Mar (RENFE) y del centro del pueblo. El pueblo es tranquilo y familiar, donde se pueden observar algunas de las más bonitas construcciones modernistas del arquitecto Domènech i Muntaner, que diseñó el Palau de la Música. En tren, llegas al centro de Barcelona i a Girona en menos de 1 hora y a Sant Pol y Calella en menos de 10 minutos
