Enter Maison Amodio and it will immediately feel like you are at home. An oasis of peace in the historic heart of the UNESCO World Heritage City of Bruges.
When we discovered this charming town house, we immediately fell in love with it, and we want to share it, as well as our passion for the good life, with you (with respect for your privacy, of course). In our spacious renovated rooms, each with its own style and décor, you can enjoy every comfort. Our large, cosy living room is exclusively for the use of our guests. Here you can start your day with our extensive, luxurious breakfast. After a busy day exploring all that our beautiful city has to offer, it’s the perfect place to unwind with a drink. And when the weather’s good, you can enjoy breakfast or relax with a drink and a book in our private garden. We’re only too happy to share with you our recommendations of our favourite places in the city, to make your visit to Bruges a truly unique and unforgettable experience.
The city of Bruges is only a few miles from the Belgian coast, and the coast has inspired this room, with the colours of the sand and sea, as well as the raw wood. To reach the room, you’ll need to take the stairs to the highest echelons, but you’ll be rewarded with a grand view. On one side, the three towers of Bruges: the Cathedral, the Church of Our Lady and the world-famous Belfry. On the other side, you’ll see quiet courtyards, the original tower of the Jerusalem Church. The views from this room give you an amazing pespective of the city!
The upper floor is entirely yours. Take in a little star gazing from your comfortable 6ft (180cm) bed. There’s also a separate bathroom with shower. Coffee and tea are permanently available in the room.
As for the name of the room…we could have chosen ‘Ostend’ or ‘De Haan’…but our friends from France think the beautiful coastal resort of ‘Knokke-le-Zoute’ sounds funny and quirky…so we’ve chosen this!
