Description
The villa is located in Lido di Noto or Noto marina, just 300 meters from the beautiful sea of Noto awarded with 4 and 5 sails in the years from 2009 to 2021 (13 locations throughout Italy). The place allows you to make a visit to the archaeological area of: Syracuse km 33, Eloro km 2, Megara km 40 and Leontinoi km 60 or to visit the baroque cities of: Noto km 6, Scicli, Modica, Ragusa, Palazzolo, Catania, Caltagirone and Militello Val di Catania. To the north of the house there is the beautiful reserve of Pantalica (one of the very first settlements of man), to the south the reserve of Vendicari (migratory passage of birds from North Africa to Northern Europe) just 12 km Cava grande del Cassibile (Canyon of absolute beauty). The house consists of two air-conditioned double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and bidet, a living room entrance and a kitchen. Externally two equipped verandas of 18 and 25 meters surrounded by a beautiful lemon garden
