Description
A cosy private room with a single bed, bedside cabinet and a large wardrobe for storage. You are also free to use the kitchen and bathroom any time.
The flat is only a 5-10 minute bus/taxi ride from Manchester city centre, or a 25 minute walk. You can also catch the Bury tram (Metrolink) to Queens Road station. The apartment is then only 5-7 minutes walk away. It is also close to Monsall tram station which is on the Rochdale line.
My place is a 3-bed flat just outside of Manchester city centre with a living area, newly-fitted kitchen and a bathroom. It is on the 2nd floor, up 2 short flights of stairs.
The heart of Manchester is only a few minutes away from the flat and is perfect for anyone visiting Manchester for work or pleasure
The flat is well connected for public transport and there is a secure car park to the rear of the building.
I live in the flat also and I am always on hand for any questions or queries. Even if I am out, do not hesitate to give me a call or message me if you need any help or advice

Hi, I'm George and I'm hosting a room from a fantastic 3-bed apartment very close to Manchester city centre (with excellent transport links). I've been an Airbnb host since 2016 but now I'm wanting to branch out to Fairbnb!
I am happy to answer any questions and give any advice on how to get the best out of the city, whether it be how to get around or the best places to visit for shopping, entertainment or attractions. Please feel free to ask me anything and if I'm not around, feel free to contact me any time, I'm certainly not one of those hosts who doesn't like being contacted! I do however work full time as the duty manager of a pub so I may not be able to answer immediately.
