Hello dear visitor,



Thank you for your interest in my apartment!



The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a monumental building. It has a living room, bedroom, small balcony, small kitchen, and tiny bathroom.

There is no elevator.

The apartment lies on a quiet street in an otherwise lively neighbourhood.



House rules:

- No smoking inside.

- Be mindful about the gas consumption / heating. Especially now.

- Please respect the neighbours. The apartment is situated in a residential area. That means: no loud noises after 10 pm, no cigarette butts in the garden downstairs, etcetera.

(Well... I guess you know the drill. And if you don't, then probably this ain't the right place for you.)



If, on the other hand, you do: welcome to the neigbourhood! The apartment is situated next to the fabulous 'De Dageraad', a famous building in Amsterdamse School style. The apartment itself is also Amsterdamse School, and happens to be designed by the same architects, Michel de Klerk and Piet Kramer.

The apartment is on a quiet street, but on a few minutes walk you are surrounded by bars, shops, public transport and yoga studios (don't ask me why, but there are plenty of them). City center is about 10 / 15 minutes walk.

- Colour-Coded Weather Forecasting System (placed on the Okura hotel at the back of the house; green is bad, blue is good.)
