Description
Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. The house is surrounded by a delicious and relaxing garden with plants, flowers and friendly pets. We love art and style, most of the furniture in the house is composed by ancient pieces I restored and decorated by myself. Our bookcase offers a wide selection of books in different languages on Venice and its long rich history, if you want to go deeper the secrets of our amazing city. You can have access to the garden and use the garden and our kids' toy, respecting the house and our pets and plants
