Description
This delightful 200 year old stone cottage has 2 double bedrooms, both en suite, a comfortable sitting room with an additional convertible couch and a good sized dining kitchen. The tv has Sky and Amazon Prime. Wifi. There is a cottage garden to the front and a small patio with seating to the rear.
Stamford is an attractive market town with good pubs, restaurants, shopping and beautiful stone architecture. Nearby is Burghley House, famous for its horse trials, and Rutland Water with excellent walking, cycling and bird watching.
NB there is no parking at the property but free on street parking nearby

Although the cottage is in Stamford I now live in Edinburgh. My partner and I decided to keep on the cottage as she has a seriously disabled daughter in Peterborough and we visit her several times a year. My daughter also uses the cottage occasionally.
I am easy-going and try to be as helpful as I can.
I love culture, especially opera and galleries. Voracious reader. I enjoy travelling - anywhere - and walking.
