In the heart of the Natural Park of the Monts d'Ardèche, at the foot of the Sources of Mont Gerbier de Jonc, a stone and wood house between rivers, pine forests and ancient volcanoes.

It's allowed to smoke in the exterior areas.

Animals are accepted on the property. Just be aware that there are sheep walking freely nearby and the house is not protected by a fence so you need to pay attention to the pets that you are bringing!



On the ground floor, a kitchen opening onto a south-facing terrace for aperitifs and meals outside, enlivened by the music of the torrent; a vast living room around the inglenook fireplace and a large guest table in solid chestnut; a mezzanine lounge opening onto a north-facing terrace under the pine forest for cool naps. The television is not connected to the network and is only used to play DVDs, but there is a wifi access.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms with two twin beds (90x190) and one bedroom with a bed (140x190) and a bed (90x190) in a small alcove. All three rooms are equipped with private sanitary facilities (shower and sink) and private closed toilets. You can bring your own linen, otherwise it can be rented in the hamlet.

The access to the mountain is direct for escapades to meet the elves and fairies, a beautiful playground for children from 7 years old because the site is a little steep for the youngest who will be accompanied by dad and mom to climb in the rocks. There is a playground with a volleyball net at the bottom of the house next to the parking lot on the other side of the road.

The river runs below the house and a beautiful waterfall, pool and natural jacuzzis a few hundred meters away.

At 3 kms above the hamlet, is the village of Saint Martial which overlooks a natural lake animated in summer season with water games, pedal boats, a sports ground for young and old and a restaurant area with a view on the water.

10 kms further down, starts the DOLCE VIA, a superb ballad to be made with bicycle on an old railroad which skirts the valley of the Eyrieux.

ATTENTION; the house is not on the same level, it is placed on the side of the mountain above the parking and the road and cannot be accessible to people with reduced mobility. The hamlet is inhabited all year round and the tranquility of its inhabitants must be respected. Thanks to you
