Description
Located in Lauria (PZ), the Holiday House "The Junior House" is a recently renovated apartment, halfway from both the sea and the mountains, consisting of a private entrance, a double bedroom with private bathroom, a single bedroom with private bathroom, a living room and a shared kitchen.
It offers "do-it-yourself" breakfast (coffee, tea, rusks, nutella, jam and milk), free Wi-Fi, private parking, charging station for electric vehicles and has underfloor heating.
The master bedroom has a wardrobe with four doors and chest of drawers, two bedside tables with adjacent sockets, a 24" Smart TV, air conditioning, access to a covered terrace and bathroom with bidet, shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
The single room has a four-door wardrobe and chest of drawers, electrical socket adjacent to the bed, a 24" Smart TV, air conditioning, bathroom with bidet, shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
The living area with open kitchen is equipped with sofa, 40" flat screen TV, dining table, air conditioning and kitchen wall complete with hob (induction and gas), oven, refrigerator, utensils, crockery and kitchen textiles.
For extended stays, the change of linen and cleaning of the apartment will be renewed every three days, as well as being carried out at the beginning and end of the stay.
Only by booking the entire apartment, on request it is possible to add up to 2 beds in the living room.
