Description
Located in a quiet neighborhood near the central station of La Spezia, on the first floor of a building of the mid-'900, "Fügassa" is a cozy newly renovated studio apartment equipped with all the necessary services to make guests' stay pleasant and comfortable.
"Fügassa" consists of two rooms, the first with a double bed and a large wardrobe, the second used as a kitchen. There is also a bathroom with shower and complete with all the necessary services. Fügassa offers the possibility to accommodate up to 4 people in comfort, thanks to the presence of a large double sofa bed.
Guests have at their disposal the change of sheets and towels, which we ask however to use responsibly avoiding waste where possible.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay: washing machine, refrigerator and microwave. A complete set of crockery for the preparation of complete meals, plates, glasses and cutlery are also available to guests.
In the apartment there is a satellite TV and a free WI-FI service is made available to guests 24h.
The apartment is equipped with portable air conditioning.
Smoking is not allowed and pets are not allowed.
The apartment does not have parking of relevance but a few meters away there is a good number of free public parking lots. However, after 18:00 it is very complicated to find available places
