Free parking space in underground private car park (located 350m away from the house, maximum height: 2,05 m, this parking spot is 5m long and 2,3m wide). Attention: If you travel with a big saloon car the biggest car that can enter the car park is the same size as Audi A6 (length 4m94 & width 1m87).

- If you travel with a van the largest vehicle that you can park is a Volkswagen California (or similar): length 4,90m, width 1,90m.

By public transport:

- Bus 95 (Opera / Louvre) stops a few meters away from the building.

- metro line 4 / get off at "Porte de Clignancourt" and walk 6 min. from there (500 m).

- metro line 12 / get off at “Jules Joffrin" and walk 7 min. from there (540 m).

> The total number of guests cannot exceed 6 (infants + children + teenagers + adults)

> I do not recommend to book my property if you are not fluent in either English, German or French (no online translation please).

> Guests are not allowed to have visitors during their stay, unless previously agreed by the owner.

> Opening the door in the living room and the windows in the kitchen is not permitted (of course, the shutters can be opened and closed). The living room window can only be half-open. Ventilation and air-conditioning available. Please do not book if you are claustrophobic
