Description
The tastefully renovated, bright apartment is on the first floor of an 18th century building just steps from the waterbus stop San Stae directly connected to the airport Marco Polo.The flat is a part of our house and completely indipendent and has everything you expect for a comfortable stay. There is a sofa bed in the living room which can be used eventually for 1 child.The apartment has a splendid view on the neighbors' garden.The kitchenette is equipped with two gas burners, fridge ,a microwave oven, toaster and kettle and a full set of pots and pans. Provided are also quality sets of crockery and cutlery, wine glasses and tableware. A minimal but comprehensive pantry (with essentials like olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee and tea) will be provided. I live in the same house and I will be happy to give you advice. On site there is to pay the tourist tax (€ 4 per night for up to 5 nights
