Very well oriented, this house is located in a quiet residential area of Messanges.

The house consists of a large living room facing south, bright and cozy, equipped with 1 very comfortable double SOFA BED (190 X 140), 2 bedrooms, one "Ocean", large and cozy, with 1 huge double KING SIZE XL BED (200 X 200), a reading Armchair convertible into a QUALITY EXTRA BED (200 X 80), connected workspace (WIFI) with 1 table and 1 chair, 1 large chest of drawers, 1 full-length mirror, the another "Forest", cozy, with 1 large KING SIZE BED (190 X 180) or 2 separate beds on request (190 X 90 X 2), with 1 cupboard, 1 wardrobe and 1 large chest of drawers; Baby bed (90 X 60) with bed linen, in the "Ocean" room, on request.



The large and bright kitchen is separated. The bathroom has a shower and a square tub / shower with a removable wall. The entire house is furnished in style "maritime pine". Available Services linens and towels, and cleaning after departure. Large and marvelous “English Yard” of more than 600M2. Plein Sud, enjoy a large covered terrace for outdoor dining and sunbathing!



In the East, you have a shaded area for rest and shelter, meals and laundry, and west, a large space to park 3 cars. Messanges beach is supervised in summer. A bike path separated from the road leading to the beach.

The swimming pool is 400m from the house, and nearby marine lakes (Old Boucau, Soustons, Hossegor ...) are an interesting alternative to the ocean. Messanges is well served: Shuttle bus and Old Boucau and Soustons. Train stations in Dax (30km) and Bayonne (50km). Biarritz Airport (55km).

First of all, our trustworthy person on site will prepare the villa especially for your arrival and your stay:

It will open shutters, water, electricity, the Internet, WiFi, TV and heating if necessary, will check that everything is clean and tidy, and will make each of your beds according to your preferences!

Above all, it will welcome you warmly in the villa of your holidays by offering you our own typically local Welcome Gift, answer your questions and share its best advice according to your wishes and desires!



Our "Easy Arrival Linen" service saves you from carrying your clothes (plane, train, carpooling, families, groups) and to fully enjoy your trip and your arrival at the villa:

1 Set of Linen for 2 persons per stay (BB linen provided with the BB bed, unless you prefer to wear yours): 1 Fitted sheet for 2 people or 2 sheets for 1 person, 1 duvet cover for 2 people or 2 duvet covers for 1 person, 1 duvet for 2 persons or 2 duvets for 1 person, 2 pillowcases, 2 pillows, 2 large towels and 2 small towels, 1 tea towel and 1 hand towel.

The capacity of the accommodation being 6 people out of BB, there will therefore be 3 sets of maximum linen provided, with minimum 1 bath mat, 1 tea towel and 1 hand towel, and maximum 2 bath mats, 2 tea towels and 2 hand towel for 3 sets of linen.

Napkins and tissues are provided.

Only beach towels are not provided.

At no extra charge, we kindly provide our guests with quality equipment to maintain their complete Linen Set (s):

5KG washing machine, laundry, Tancarville, bath clothes rack, iron and ironing board in the laundry room; Large garden drier or failing dryer in the garage.

For their use, please ask our trusted person and / or consult the notices on site.





_ To make your departure and your return trip more enjoyable:

Our complete service "Easy Departure Cleaning" throughout the villa make much more pleasant your ending stay:

* Note about Housekeeping Scheduled to respect your concierge’s work:

Before their departure, occupants are therefore kindly requested to:

_ Leave in good condition the toilets, bath, shower, lavabo and sinks,

_ Place all used linen in the bathtub (bed, bath, cooking),

_ Bring all sorted waste to the collection point near the neighborhood,

and leave in good condition all the garbage in the house (toilets, bathroom, kitchen and pantry),

_ Empty and leave clean all household appliances, do the dishes and store them in the places provided,

_ Leave clean the fireplace, garden, barbecue, bicycles and all entrusted accessories (baby / child accessories, deckchairs, garden furniture, body surfing, a.s.o.): These are the only equipment that must be cleaned / disinfected by any occupant.

In the opposite case noted by our concierge, the tenant will be asked the same amount as that of the household, for the household surplus in the allotted time of the rotations of rentals.





_ Arrival and Departure Times:

The Check-In takes place After 16H (4.PM), unless abnormalities were noted during the previous Check-Out, causing a surplus of cleaning and / or of laundry and consequently a report of the Check-In After 18H (6.PM). The rental must be leaved Before 10H (10.AM).

* Please note our advice for your Check-Out in the best condition: Thank you to save it with our concierge at least 30 minutes before your departure.

* Stay tax of Messanges Town Hall from June 1st to September 30th in 2021: € 0.92€ per Day and only per Adult. This local tax is collected & paid to Messanges by Airbnb.

* Concierge Service (Préparation, Welcoming, Avaibility, Departure, House & Linen Cleaning) : From 99€ to 149€ per stay,



_ Options Ordered Before Booking with Additional Online Payment on the Same Day as Booking :



* Per Baby (Avoids transporting the large number of quality baby equipment available on request): € 10 per day.

* 1 Pet (Enclosed garden, Cat flap, Shelter, Bowls, Reinforced Cleaning.): € 10 per day.

* Your Country & Thematic TV: Numerous Foreign Language Programs available, Sports, Children, Family, Discovery, Cinema, etc ..: 5 € per TV package and per day,

* Post Office Box: Use of our post office box (“Chez M. & Mme ..”) with the key to our letter box (Ex: Receive your mail, delivery or order during your stay): 5 € per day.

* Request of Linen Renewed:

Please note that we’re pleased to accept one pet per booking and under 3 conditions : Vaccinated, Small, Calm. The house is equipped with a catdoor, we provide a small carpet and bowls for a dog or a cat. The tenant remains responsible for all kind of damage to owners, neighbors or others.



Please strictly follow the instructions for using gas BBQ and its accessories, shade sail, hammock, the bicycles and their accessories, BB equipment, toys, games and leisure, sport and beach accessories provided with the house inventory. The list is not exhaustive. We do our best to maintain the equipment that is made available: The occupants remain solely responsible for their use.



For your safety, the use of the fireplace and access to the landscaped terraces (Rubalize red & white) are not authorized until their complete renovation is underway. Thank you for your understanding.



These Internal Regulations form an integral part of the lease agreement concluded via this platform, and are therefore deemed to be accepted with this platform. The tenant in title is exclusively responsible, for himself and for any person or animal occupying the places, declared or not to the reservation.
