Among the most beautiful stretches of coast in the area, famous for its "Dolmen" dating back to the Bronze Age, 20 km from Barletta and only 8 km from Trani, Bisceglie lies on the Adriatic with its pebble beaches and clean sea famous throughout the Puglia, giving a coastline of enchantment and a rich historical and architectural heritage.

Villa MarLu, completely autonomous, is part of a residential complex located on the beautiful seafront of Bisceglie, a few steps from the city center. The structure has two entrances: one driveway and one pedestrian.

Thanks to the first, guests will have at their disposal a private area intended for parking at least two cars, protected from a gate with remote control; the second, on the other hand, allows direct access to the sea, simply crossing the road. Villa MarLu is on two levels and has a panoramic terrace / solarium, with a breathtaking view of the sea. The living area has, outside, a garden and a large covered veranda, and, inside, an equipped kitchen, a large living room overlooking the sea, a closet and a bathroom. The sleeping area, in addition to a spacious bathroom, includes a double bedroom, overlooking the garden and two other rooms, each with two beds. The property also has a barbecue area, mosquito nets, television, Wi-Fi, an air conditioning system, heating and an outdoor shower, for a pleasant return from the beach.

The meticulously maintained garden is the setting for the structure. The Villa is available every month of the year and is rented, exclusively, per week or for longer periods, to families or groups of friends, up to a maximum of 6 people.

Normally check-in for your stay is from 12:30 to 16:00.

The Villa must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
