Villa Serrano is a house of more than one hundred years, all on one floor and with large terraces open to the mountains and vineyards. It has been recently renovated respecting its essence. The house is rented complete. It is located all on one floor, has four double bedrooms, living-dining room with open kitchen, two bathrooms and large terraces with views. It has an ofuro and a barbecue on the terrace, fireplace in the living room, TV, fiber optic WiFi and heating in all rooms

Villa Serrano is a house of more than one hundred years, all on one floor and with large terraces open to the mountains and vineyards. It has been recently renovated respecting its essence. Its enclave, between Requena and Cofrentes, allows you to enjoy all the experiences offered by this territory, from gastronomy and oenology, to adventure tourism and nature. In addition, it is located in the hamlet of Los Pedrones, which offers a wide variety of local products (oven, butcher, artisan wineries, etc.), which we want to value for its high quality. And do not forget the ofuro, a wooden jacuzzi with hot water from which to enjoy the views of our village.
The house is rented complete. It is located all on one floor, has four double bedrooms, living room with open kitchen, two bathrooms and large terraces with barbecue. Fireplace, TV, fiber optic WiFi, heating in all rooms.
Services and common areas
The house has a large living room attached to the kitchen, both with large windows open to the terrace. The large fireplace warms the space in the colder months. In addition, we have heating by radiators in all rooms. The terrace, facing east, overlooks the vineyards, laundry, pine forest and hermitage of Los Pedrones. It has a barbecue and dining area and a wooden ofuro or jacuzzi.
Other highlights
On the terrace we have an ofuro or wooden jacuzzi that you can use throughout the year. It is attached to a wood stove that allows you to heat the water and take a hot bath with the best views

We are Raquel, Alejandro and Teo, an adoptive pedronera and two pedroneros of pure strain.
We met in the architecture career and formed together the CRUX arquitectos studio, rooted in rural areas. Teo is, without a doubt, our most important life project.
More than three years ago we visited Villa Serrano for the first time, word spread that it was sold and we wanted to browse, we were not looking for a house, but it was a crush. We thought it would be a good place to receive our friends as we have always done and, encouraged by Leader aid, we considered going a little further, welcoming more people into our village
