Spend a stay in total relaxation in a cozy villa, with equipped garden and direct access to the beach. Within the Consorzio Marina Velca Voltunna, the villa is located in a quiet area but close to all essential services, restaurants, bars, supermarket, all within walking distance. 5 km from Tarquinia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a beautiful medieval village surrounded by walls and towers, with breathtaking views. The villa is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor large dining room, large living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette with French window directly on the dining room and full bathroom. On the first floor 3 bedrooms all with French window to the terrace facing, full bathroom.
Outside a large garden equipped with a gate directly on the beach of Marina Velca.
The apartment comes with the basic equipment of sheets, blankets, towels, equipment and detergents for cleaning
