Villa VRANČIĆ are located in this beautiful city, 15 minutes walk from the city center. They are located in a family house in a quiet part of town. Restaurant, market and pharmacy are located near the apartment. The first beach is located 10 minutes walk as well as the resort Villas Rubin which has swimming pools and a long beach that stretches towards the city. Villa VRANČIĆ are ideal for families, couples and all those who want to spend their vacation in a quiet and floral environment. When you get tired of swimming in the beautiful and clean sea, and sunbathing on the beautiful pebble and rocky beaches, look for a vacation in the well-known forest park Zlatni Rt, which is located 15 minutes walk from the apartment. It will give you peace with long walks and fill you with positive energy. In this Park-forest there is also an info-point where you can get all information about rock climbing and bird watching.

Villa VRANČIĆ have three accommodation units, and everyone can find something for themselves. The house is surrounded by greenery and an enclosed garden of approx. 800m2. All apartments are air conditioned, have a safe and have internet access (WLAN). A parking space is provided for each apartment

Apartment 2 (4+0) - For four people.



This apartment is practically decorated and is located in a residential house, on the outskirts of the town and in a sunny and lively position away from the beach and the city center 10 to 15 minutes walk. Access is directly from the main road (paved). The apartment has parking on the property. A supermarket is located 100 m from the apartment, and a restaurant 50 m. The city center is 1500 m away, and the first beach 600 m.



Apartment is surrounded by an enclosed, landscaped garden (size 800 m2) with trees, flowers and shrubs. The owner lives in the house (with separate entrance).



The apartment has 3 rooms (of which 2 bedrooms), for a maximum of 4 people. The area is 51 m2. The entrance is located on the 1st floor, across the internal staircase and hallway.
