The first beach is located 10 minutes walk as well as the resort Villas Rubin which has swimming pools and a long beach that stretches towards the city. Villa VRANČIĆ are ideal for families, couples and all those who want to spend their vacation in a quiet and floral environment. When you get tired of swimming in the beautiful and clean sea, and sunbathing on the beautiful pebble and rocky beaches, look for a vacation in the well-known forest park Zlatni Rt, which is located 15 minutes walk from the apartment. It will give you peace with long walks and fill you with positive energy. In this Park-forest there is also an info-point where you can get all information about rock climbing and bird watching.

This apartment is practically furnished and is located in a residential house, outskirts of the town and on a sunny and lively position away from the beach and the town center 10 to 15 minutes. Access is directly off the main road (asphalted). The apartment has parking on property. A supermarket is 100 m away and restaurant 50 m. The town center is 1500 m, and the first beach 600 m.

Your apartment is surrounded by an enclosed, landscaped garden (800 sqm) with trees, flowers and bushes. The owner lives in the house (with separate entrance).

The apartment has 2 rooms (therefrom 1 bedroom), for a maximum of 2 people. Its area is 32 sqm. The entrance is located on the 1st floor, through the internal stairs and hallways.
