Le Canigou is a one bedroom apartment with large terrace. The access to the apartment is up seven steps, the front door opens into the open plan living space, comprising kitchen, dining and lounge areas. From the living space you can access the bedroom and the bathroom. There is laminate flooring throughout. The terrace is accessible from both the bedroom and the lounge area through double french doors.



The well equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, halogen hobs, electric oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (pods) and a hand blender. There are plenty of matching cups, plates, bowls, glasses etc.



The dining area has a stylish, cast iron, mosaic tiled table with four matching chairs.



In the lounge area, you will find a large sofa (which converts into a double bed), a single bucket chair and a coffee table. The TV has french terrestrial channels and a DVD player and we also supply a portable bluetooth speaker and fibre internet.



The bedroom has two double wardrobes with plenty of shelf and hanging space. The bed is 160cm x 200cm and has a comfortable mattress. Either side of the bed is a bed side cabinet with drawer space, a lamp and handy sockets.



The bathroom boasts a large integrated sink, WC, and bath with an over the bath shower and screen.



Other equipment - washing machine, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and baby equipment (available on request, cot, high chair, bath, pushchair etc please ask)
