Daniela Meloni
Founder and Manager of Limolo House 56Green, stays and projects of Sustainable Tourism (true).
Describing Daniela and what she does is not easy. If you ask him, you risk being answered with a "I don't know" accompanied by a sincere smile.

Perhaps we must renounce this commitment to definition typical of modern life, as she did when she hung up the toga and try to decipher it through Limolo, her creation, and what the objects and history of this house, merged with her personal one, reveal little by little.

You will glimpse a past as an amazon and a present as a sailor, a certain exercise in cooking at a high level of simplicity, a certain dexterity and passion for art and exploration. Love for the sea. The sublimated energy that brought together almost fairytale people and legendary characters here.

Then you may want to ask her why a rudder wheel of a Swan 45 is in the middle of the entrance hall. But be careful, as in a Calvino novel, the answer could be in another dimension, yours.

Daniela Meloni attended the European TouriSME Project dedicated to Sustainable Tourism in 2022 and 2023.
Limolo House 56 Green has been selected among the start-ups of the European Project Maritimo Tech 2022 - 2023 for the proposal of Innovative and Sustainable Tourism.

Limòlo House is a residence in bio-architecture in Sardinia, in Cabras (Or), in the heart of the Marine Protected Area of Sinis, for a natural, more sustainable and responsible stay.

Six rooms, each with its own personality, recovery of a typical house in raw earth. Works and installations, which are divided between functionality, art, design, reuse of many natural materials and circular economy.

The stylistic concept, with the contribution of Green architect Luciano Pia, floats thematically between the sea and the wetlands, the two souls of the water lands of the area, the Sinis. It tells of sailing, nature and sustainability, the owner's passions.

Overlooking the internal courtyards, homes, kitchens and spaces are embraced by a living garden that preserves and respects biodiversity by shading and protecting them.

The structure is in constant interaction with the rooms and guests, delicately involved in enjoying and participating in the multiple sustainability measures applied to daily management, offering solutions, ideas, knowledge and itineraries for a different holiday, active and naturally engaged in a new model of hospitality and "Living".
