My ad: A "home sweet home" in a pretty district of Paris, less than two steps from the Canal de l'Ourcq. The apartment is 41m2 and is on the 2nd floor of a quiet residence (some work on weekdays in the building opposite).
A nice balcony allows you to enjoy the sunrise while having breakfast.
The apartment is functional and relatively spacious. The neighborhood combines cosmopolitanism and "bobo" and many bars, restaurants and two cinemas are nearby.
