Presentation

Marina and I, my wife, when we talk about tourists or customers staying in our apartments, we call them guests as if they were friends staying with us. That's why to every extra or particular need of our guests we try to respond with a solution, and we are then sorry if a solution has not been found. The long experience in contact with people for commercial reasons has determined in me a deep respect for those who choose to trust you, the guest, in fact, who chooses our house.
