I'm back in Cascais after living all over the globe + traveling to 100 countries. It's my joy to host you here now!

I'm a Psychotherapist who includes the spirituality side of healing, and I also bring nature and somatic movement into the process.

Every now and then I take people on spiritual journeys to my favourite places on Earth. Other times I help people make their own travel plans.

I'm committed to loving life & exploring refreshing ways of being happy.
