Our Story ....
Well Sarah and Mark here! We first met in 1984 on our first day at catering college in Nottingham and have been working together in the hospitality and catering industry ever since.
We fell in love with Italy and especially the stunning Le Marche region, where we were very lucky to find our "Hideaway" in 2001.
We immediatly knew it was the place we wanted to be as soon as we set eyes on the two derelict farm buildings and have been restoring our traditional Italian farmhouse ever since. Where ever possible, the original materials have been cleaned up & used again - keeping the building as close as it was 300 years ago.
Along with enjoying our rescue pup Maya, we love growing fruit & veggies in our garden & living as healthy as possible, whilst loving our stunning, peaceful surroundings.
We would like to share our little piece of Italy with you & we invite you to experience all the things we love about this traditional land.
If we can be of any assistance, especially with property buying, restorantion or builders (as we have been through it all before) then please do not hesitate to contact us. We live on site, so are on hand for you if need be.
