In 2004 Eduard and I, with our son of just 2 years, decided to leave Barcelona and come to live in the countryside in a sustainable way.
We had the opportunity to restore Masía Can Pascol, an old family summer farmhouse located in the Alt Penedès, isolated between high altitude vineyards and oak and pine forests. We quickly fell in love with the landscape of the area, its light and magnificent sunsets, its sky, the changing color of the vineyards, the persistent song of the birds, the forest in autumn and the nature so wild to be only 70 minutes from Barcelona City.
Shortly after" "Masía Spa Can Pascol Casa Rural Ecológica" was born as a tourist accommodation, when I decided to leave my profession in the Restoration to dedicate myself to "Rural Tourism in a Responsible and Sustainable way".
