Hello, when I travel I choose apartments as close as possible to the places to visit, so that I can make the most of the time available to me. I bought this property in 1980 and I lived there for a period of my life, three years ago I decided to renovate this lovely apartment to use it as a holiday home, certain that its location is strategic for visiting both the ancient and modern city. The house reflects my tastes a lot, it is simple and essential, but there are all those little things that allow a comfortable stay. I love walks to discover unknown corners and evocative views. There is nothing better, after walking around for a long time, to have a coffee or drink a nice prosecco on the balcony of the living room and enjoy the breathtaking spectacle of the Sasso Barisano. If you want, you will find restaurants and pizzerias in front of your house, the stop of a city bus that will allow you to reach Piazza San Pietro Caveoso in a flash. During your stay
I try to inform my guests of everything they need as soon as they arrive, I "follow" them almost daily with phone messages. With self check-in you will easily access the apartment, but I will always indicate what to see in Matera and what they absolutely must eat. On arrival I will ask for the tourist tax €/person 2.00 per day, passports for declaration to the police.
For pets there is an additional cost of € 10.00 to be paid at the facility. Children under 2 years old sleep for free in the bed with their parents, up to a maximum of one. The cost of the cot is €10 per stay.
Children over the age of 2 pay the same as adults.
In the case of self-check-in, it must be agreed that the access code and identification documents will be sent. A camera inside the stairwell will control access.
On request it is possible to book a parking space for your car in a private fenced courtyard only 200.00 meters from the house at a cost of € 10.00 per day
