Original pottery and paintings are dotted around and you can wander into town to The Seed wholefood shop for delicious bread, pop into the new community arts centre or have a coffee at one of the many coffee outlets. There’s excellent food and wine at the town's new bar, The Doe a good pub on the river a 30-minute stroll down an old drovers road or head to Riverford Field Kitchen for a veggie feast.





The Orangery has an open plan kitchen with fridge, cooker and dishwasher to prepare food which you can eat outside in your own south-facing walled garden, A double room and sweet single offer bedroom space and there is a sofa bed for an extra person.



There is fabulous walking all around and you can wander down to the river through woodland or drive up to Dartmoor for all day hikes or drive to the stunning South Devon coastline.

Enjoy the easy-going, pretty garden on sunny days or sit in the conservatory on cooler wetter days watching the birds in the garden or reading a book peacefully - there is a selection of books, toys and games for your use.



The Orangery is attached to the owner's home but has its own entrance and own garden. Both bedrooms share a shower room and parking is just outside the main gates
