Casa Payer was born after returning from two years of life in India, where I (Luca) and Paola met each other. Both vegetarians felt the need to live in nature and lead a rural life: make a vegetable garden, bread, cut wood to cook it and warm ourselves.
We imagined a house in the woods to renovate with our own hands.
Thus was born the idea of hosting, a trip in reverse, by wanderers of Asia we would instead welcome other travelers.
It was supposed to be a vegan home for us it was essential, in our idea of the world there was no more room for the food "habits" that we had abandoned for some time.
