Small 60s building, in a private alley, very quiet and pretty! My house is on the mezzanine floor. Travelling to Reggio Children? Technopole? Stadium? Campovolo? Are you on foot and come by train, exit at the Reggio tollbooth? Do you have to go to the Center or take buses to the province? All these destinations are less than 15 minutes walk from my house! Are you by car? Park for free! Are you coming to reach the hospital? In 10 minutes by car you have arrived!
This home makes you feel at home! You are on the mezzanine floor, a few stairs to access the front door. Take care to always lock the front door and always make sure that the door of the building is closed. Mine is a multicultural neighborhood, full of people going on foot and clothes hanging out, enjoying a walk around. The road is one-way with a wide bike path and the Conad supermarket is a stone's throw away, also a discount store, takeaway pizzerias, an oven, a hardware store. You will find the central station very close (7/10 min) and parks to relax. To walk in the open air or run you will find a country road in 5 minutes on foot and there are also fireflies in summer! Public transport on the street is a bit sporadic but a few intersections you will find a very popular stop because it is close to high schools but if you want to go on foot in the center, sidewalks and underpasses are at your disposal to accompany you in 15 minutes in the historic center. Reggio is a beautiful city!!
