This urban gîte is a townhouse in the historic heart of Orange. Due to the floors it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, having difficulties with stairs or some stays with children. Contact me before booking.

It is an ideal holiday resort for 1 or 2 couples or friends (up to 6 people maximum). This accommodation is part of the city's real estate heritage. It is a large house of 100m² on 3 floors overlooking the Opera from the terrace. The house is in hyper city center 200 meters from the Ancient Theater but also a few minutes from the countryside and its vineyards. The edge of Lac des Paluds is 5 minutes by car and the nearest seaside is 1 hour drive to the beaches of La Grande Motte. But there are also plenty of activities on the water in the nearby area. On the nature side, no national parks in Vaucluse but many remarkable natural areas.

The price of the stay that appears following your search gave you for an occupation of beds by 2 people. If this is not the case, the Service Fees will be added to the total price displayed according to this scale:



- you are 2 travelers and you will occupy 2 beds: + 20 € net for the stay

- you are 3 travelers and you will occupy 3 beds: + 40 € net for the stay

- you are 4 travelers and you will occupy 3 beds: + 30 € net for the stay

Each level has its own space. Depending on the number of travelers, a room or living room welcomes you on the ground floor. On the 1st floor, the kitchen open to the dining room diffuses its smells of coffee and Provencal cuisine. Above, the comfortably sized master bedroom, with its queen-size bed and adjacent to the bathroom, encourages napping, peaceful sleep or romantic nights. Finally, on the top floor, the living room, relaxation area with its TV and its very good extra bed in 140 is illuminated by the bay window that separates it directly from your beautiful roof terrace. In summer, spring or autumn enjoy the sun quietly on the terrace overlooking the Opera.



Mountain bike bikes are available free of charge on request and subject to availability between tenants at the address of our home 15 minutes by car from your cottage.



A "Baby Kit" consisting of a cot and a high chair will be loaned to you free of charge, on request and always subject to availability
